We've had a great year with plenty of adventure. We found our new house and are making it our home. We've grown our family with the addition of Riddle. We've settled into work and play even more. 2012 will close out our tenth school year in California. It's crazy to think we both moved to SoCal way back in the summer of 2002. If you had asked either of us to look forward ten years and predict that we'd be 1. in California, 2. married to that other new teacher and co-coach, 3. home owners, and 4. deepening our roots on this side of the country, I'm not sure either of us would have believed it. A decade! Craziness. So here's to another great year (or ten) as we move into 2012.
