We started in early October with the big ivy tear down, and almost three months later we're finally done. Once the ivy came down, other commitments got in the way so the project was put on hold. We did do some powerwashing (ok, the neighbor did that) and some minor cleaning, but today we got the paint on and the project finished. What a difference! It's like a new house!!
Trips to hardware store: 2 (one to Home Depot and one to Ace). Not bad.
